More than 20 years ago, I took a risk and and started my first job at an "online magazine." That's when I fell in love with the power of digital media. From there, I found my path from digital startup to print magazine startup to book publishing and all the way back around to running digital editorial departments for top publishing brands.

I'm passionate about helping women break the glass ceiling, whether it's inspiring the next generation of leaders, motivating women to return to work after a career break or helping every woman figure out how to work better, smarter, faster.

Currently: I help startups launch their content businesses, work with incredible authors and industry leaders to develop their digital presence and amplify their personal brands, and focus on my first love: writing and editing.
